Cancellation Policy

 In the event you are unable to keep your appointment or make it to your registered event, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to reschedule or request a refund. Less then 72 hours notices and no shows are not eligible for refunds. We thank you so much for your understanding.
