Getting to know Heather: 

Warm regards to you all! I’m so glad we have crossed paths on this journey of life.  I’m Heather Diggins, a mesa carrier in the Andean Shamanic tradition. I have been trained in many energy healing techniques such as chakra balancing, medical intuitive, and end-of-life doula, just to name a few.  With so much going on in our lives, it’s easy to get overwhelmed or be thrown off balance. Maybe you have dis-ease spiritually, emotionally, or physically at this present moment. Maybe you are searching for something deeper like inner healing, direction, mentoring, or a more balanced life. My intention is to help aid in restoring that peace within.

At the Sacred Willow I will be providing a shamanic technique called the illumination process which consists of multiple modalities and is heart centered. It aids in the breaking up of stuck or stagnant energy and can also promote movement in blocked chakras. Your session is customized to your personal needs for your highest best and healing. I have gained a passion for sharing my gift to assist my community on their journey with grace. I would love to hear from you!

Many blessings everyone! My name is D. Antionette and it's an absolute pleasure to meet you. 

Blessed with the gift of communication and connection to both the dream and spirit world, I have spent my life humbly embracing and honing my abilities and have been trained in multiple healing modalities. As a Spiritual Dream Coach, shamanic practitioner, and psychic-intuitive, who specializes in the profound healing technique of Dream Mending, my work bridges the realms of dream work, spirit communication, and shamanism, offering deep insight and empowerment to those seeking clarity and growth.

 As a devoted shamanic practitioner and teacher, I have co-founded River of Winds, where we guide others through an amazingly transformative journey with our Shamanic Studies courses.
